Chimichangos - A crispy flour tortilla with refried beans with your choice of vegetables or chicken or steak or seafood; deep fried and then baked on a bed of rice with salsa and cheese and served with a salad garnish.

 

Enchiladas - soft corn tortilla, wrapped around refried beans with either vegetarian, beef chicken, pork, or seafood, topped with salsa and cheese and grilled on a bed of Spanish rice served with a fresh salad garnish.

Cactus Rose High Noon

Chicken Tejas - Grilled chicken breast on a bed of rice, smothered with sauteed onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. Served with borracho beans, small guacamole salad and pico de gallo.

 

Chile Rellenos - Served in a poblano pepper covered with Ranchero sauce, cheese, sour cream, pecans and raisins, served with rice and beans. Your choice of taco meat, chicken or cheese filling.

Carne Guisada -Tender beef tips in a rich comino gravy. Served with tortillas, rice and beans, and guacamole salad.

Morrito - A 10" flour tortilla filled with taco meat, jack cheese, lettuce and tomato, topped with Ranchero sauce and melted cheese. Served with guacamole salad.
