Back to TopOrdersWe request information from you on our mail-in order forms or phone orders. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (i.e. name, business name, and shipping address) and financial information (i.e. credit card #, expiration date, check #). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (i.e. billing or customer service) are granted access to identifiable information. This information is kept in a secure environment. For On-Line orders/deposits, we utilize a 3rd party gateway server to collect credit card data, which is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. Restaurant Values only has access to contact information and type of order. Gateway server does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond billing.
