Blue Plate Design ORDER:
Please provide the Blue Plate Special Design Service for 4 pages (8x14max per
pg.) of Web site at a special one time fee of $459.
This includes 4 stock graphics and up to 4 color photos (50k max/photo) supplied
by me (NOTE: additional pages [over 4pgs] are invoiced at $125 per page, and
additional photos at $40 ea). All Design work subject to my review and will be
invoiced upon acceptance. Changes, after initial 30 days, will have a
maintenance fee. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Restaurant
Values from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, losses
or damages (including legal fees) arising from the usage by Customer of this
service, including possible copyright infringement of images supplied by
Customer. I agree that I am financially responsible for the fees related to my
virtual design account.
